Job Description

In this role you will play a crucial role in the correspondent lending function for a prominent bank in Central Nebraska. You will sell to local businesses in and around Nebraska as well as develop relationships with participation banks all over the nation.

Responsibilities :

  • Originate loans for businesses of all kinds
  • Partner with smaller banks to fund loans for their customers
  • Build a diverse portfolio of customers and loans
  • Perform critical initial underwriting of all deals and generate needed credit memos to deliver to loan committee

    • Qualifications and Requirements :

  • Must have strong exposure to credit or financial analysis
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance or banking
  • Prefer experience in banking as a commercial lender but open to considering candidates that have the right analytical skills + ability to relationship management and development

    The annual base salary for this position is $100000 - $150000 per year (excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
