We're looking for motivated Medicare Call Center Agents to join our high-energy team! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for individuals looking to understand and enroll in Medicare plans. No cold calling – just meaningful conversations that help clients make informed decisions about their healthcare.

What You'll Do :

  • Answer inbound calls and assist clients with Medicare plan options
  • Educate and guide individuals through enrollment and plan benefits
  • Maintain accurate records and follow compliance guidelines
  • Provide top-notch customer service with empathy and clarity

What We're Looking For :

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Medicare (or willingness to learn quickly)
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
