What You'll Do Serve as the main contact for high-net-worth clients via phone, email, and SMS Deliver personalized, luxury-level support for all inquiries and service requests Drive retention, upsell services, and support membership sales Coordinate services with internal teams and vendors Own escalations with professionalism and empathy Document all interactions in CRM systems with accuracy and care Occasionally visit clients at their homes for key moments (e.g., gift delivery) What You Bring 3+ years in luxury concierge, hospitality, or high-end customer service 1+ year of experience in a contact center or phone-based support Impeccable verbal and written communication skills Grace under pressure and high emotional intelligence Professionalism, discretion, and confidence in working with elite clients Strong CRM and tech system proficiency Flexible availability (some weekends / after-hours as needed) Valid driver's license (occasional client visits required) Bilingual (Spanish- English) Candidates with backgrounds in banking, financial services, luxury real estate, or home warranty services are encouraged to apply.
