We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to work closely with our CEO to help shape and execute the roadmap for our SaaS-based online learning platform and eLearning products. You'll play a key role in turning strategy into action, working cross-functionally with Engineering, Learning / Content, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver products that have measurable impact for customers and drive business growth.

Role Overview
As a Senior Product Manager, you'll own major areas of our SaaS-based online learning platform and eLearning products. You'll translate strategic direction into actionable product plans, oversee backlogs, and guide cross-functional execution to deliver high-quality releases. You'll work closely with Engineering, Learning / Content, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure product decisions align with customer needs, market opportunities, and business goals.
We offer a competitive base salary of $115,000 to $150,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
Translate company vision and strategy into product initiatives and features
Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria using JIRA and related tools
Partner with Engineering and QA to ensure timely, high-quality product releases
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Learning / Content, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
