About The Position

We are seeking an Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner for an 80-day locum tenens assignment in Texas. Starting Nov 3, 2025, this role features weekday shifts with on-call responsibilities every other week. The assignment involves basic physicals and injury care, offering a rewarding opportunity to support occupational health needs.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform basic physical examinations for occupational health patients
  • Provide care for 2-8 injury cases as needed
  • Manage on-call duties every other week with a maximum 45-minute response time
  • Ensure compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations
  • Coordinate patient care and follow-up within occupational medicine protocols
  • Additional Information

  • Texas nurse practitioner license required
