Communication Designer

A company is looking for a Communication Designer for its US Marketing Team on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

Design engaging banner ads in collaboration with the art director, copywriter, and performance and growth teams

Conduct research and testing to develop design solutions and new creative approaches

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience with a solid portfolio showcasing at least 3 relevant advertisement projects

Strong graphic design skills with a focus on high-quality visual and interaction design

Basic motion design skills for creating simple animations

Ability to implement AI tools for efficient design work

Understanding of customer journey maps (CJMs) and UX / UI principles
