The Role :

We’re seeking an experienced Event Service & Bar Manager to lead our front-of-house and bar teams, manage event execution, and oversee daily operations. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring strong organization, clear communication, and a genuine passion for food, beverage, and hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class service to clients and guests at events
  • Supervise and support the front-of-house and bar staff during events
  • Manage event setup, service flow, and breakdown to ensure flawless execution
  • Recruit, train, and schedule servers and bartenders
  • Conduct administrative duties such as staff schedules, product ordering, prep lists and execution plans
  • Conduct operational duties such as warehouse and inventory management, cleaning and organization
  • Collaborate with the sales and culinary teams to ensure seamless coordination
  • Uphold company service standards and core values
  • Drive company vehicles
  • Report directly to the CEO

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Growth mindset based on a strong desire to learn and grow
  • 3+ years of experience in event, catering, or hospitality supervision
  • Bartending and cocktail mixology experience is preferred - but not required
  • Full availability to work highly variable hours - including overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Overnight travel for out-of-town events
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Food Manager Certification and Responsible Beverage Service Certification (or ability to obtain)
