Production Worker - Join Our Local Manufacturing Team!

The Inventive Group™ is looking for an energetic person to join our Production Department. No experience? No problem! If you're eager to learn and ready to build a career with a local manufacturer, we want to hear from you.

As a Production Worker, you'll help in our Laser and Press Brake areas. This is a fantastic chance to learn how we make things right here in our clean, well-organized shop, working alongside a great team. If you're positive and want to improve things, we're excited to teach you the skills you need to succeed. Apply today!

What You'll Do :

  • Learn   to help operate our production machines.
  • Follow simple digital work instructions (we'll show you how!).
  • Check your work to ensure it meets our quality standards.
  • Use hand and power tools to smooth edges (training provided).
  • Work with robots to move materials around the shop.

What We're Looking For :

  • Prior shop experience is a bonus, but we'll train the right person.
  • Basic computer and math skills are helpful.
  • A great attitude and a desire to grow.
  • Someone who enjoys being part of a team.

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Able to stand and walk throughout your shift.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Able to respond to visual and audible signals.
  • Able to handle and move materials regularly.
