Job Description
A leading defense industry distribution and logistics company is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join its growing team. This role is responsible for accurately receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping materials in a safe, organized, and efficient manner.

Responsibilities
Accurately receive and verify incoming materials from vendors, customers, or other facilities
Stock shelves, organize inventory, and process material orders
Pick, pack, and prepare shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling
Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and wire cutting machines (training provided if necessary)
Load and unload delivery vehicles safely
Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
Support branch operations and assist other departments as needed
Follow all safety policies, SOPs, and environmental health regulations
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if driving duties are assigned)
Must be at least 21 years of age (for driving-related positions)
VantageClear Certification (or equivalent security clearance) required
Basic computer proficiency for inventory and shipping software
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Forklift certification preferred (training available)
