We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary

Project Manager - Governance

to play a pivotal role in leading our AI4Ops journey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management and Operations Governance. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills to drive the development and implementation of AI governance frameworks, ensuring compliance, ethical standards, and operational excellence. This role is in Pittsburgh, US will be working on a hybrid basis. (4 days a week)

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways :

• Provide independent oversight and credible challenge to Ops AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with governance standards and industry best practices.
• Review and challenge Ops AI initiatives to confirm alignment with benefit realization goals and operational priorities.
• Co-develop an Operations Community of Practice, acting as both an AI triage model and a credible challenge function for Ops AI.
• Monitor and evaluate the Ops AI Book of Work to ensure continued alignment with strategic and operational objectives.
• Partner across Ops platforms and functions to design a comprehensive AI data and metrics pack.
• Lead training and awareness initiatives on AI governance within Operations to foster an AI-first culture.
• Champion an AI-first mindset by digitizing the AI4OPS Governance Framework where applicable.
