Job Title : Manufacturing Supervisor

Contract Duration : 3 – 6 months

Role Summary :

We are seeking seasoned Manufacturing Supervisors to serve as on-site consultants providing direct, hands-on leadership support within production environments. These professionals will coach shop floor supervisors, strengthen daily operations, and ensure consistent compliance with GMP and USDA standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver real-time coaching and guidance to production supervisors in active manufacturing areas.
• Demonstrate effective leadership, problem-solving, and communication on the floor.
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, GMP requirements, and USDA regulatory standards.
• Promote workforce engagement and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Support leadership consistency across all shifts and functional areas, including Quality Control labs.
• Observe operations to identify performance gaps and provide practical, site-specific feedback.
• Participate in weekly reviews to share progress, insights, and operational recommendations.
• Document recurring issues and contribute to developing sustainable improvement plans.
