HR Services Specialist, Bilingual (Eng / Span) – gpac

Base pay range : $26.50 / hr – $28.50 / hr

What You'll Do

  • Workers' Compensation & Claims : Process reported claims, communicate with adjusters, and guide associates through the process.
  • Payroll Administration : Support weekly payroll processing, maintain accuracy in records, and provide backup processing support.
  • Benefits Administration : Assist with medical, dental, life, and retirement plans; answer associate questions; and manage benefit record updates.
  • HR Team Support : Back up recruiting efforts during busy periods and maintain HRIS systems (UKG).

What You'll Bring

  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) required
  • Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's in HR or related field preferred
