Job Overview

A well-established personal injury law firm located in Joliet, Illinois is seeking a driven and experienced Associate Attorney to join its legal team. This pivotal role focuses on overseeing the pre-litigation process, including client intake, communication, treatment oversight, settlement negotiations, and case referrals. Duties

  • Manage and review new client intakes
  • Oversee client communication and updates throughout the pre-litigation process
  • Monitor medical treatment progress and maintain regular client contact
  • Negotiate and handle pre-litigation settlements
  • Evaluate and refer non-qualifying cases to appropriate external law firms
  • Maintain and update the pre-litigation case pipeline
  • Assist with litigation tasks if applicable

Requirements

  • Education
