• Provide care to PCU / Telemetry patients utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in anticipating and planning for safe delivery of care
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
• Delegate patient care priorities based on education and experience of available staff
• Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care
• Hold shift accountability for patient care delivery
• Required certifications : ACLS, BLS
• Dress code requirement : Navy scrubs
