Wisconsin Management Company (WMC) is hiring a full-time Property Manager for oversight of multi-site properties in Western Dane County. The ideal candidate will have experience working with rural development and affordable housing.

As the Property Manager you are the face of Wisconsin Management Company, file compliance, resident retention and customer satisfaction is your focus. PRIMARY DUTIES ANS RESPONSIBILITIES :
As a Property Manager your role is part file compliance, sales, part bookkeeping, maintenance scheduling and full-time customer service. While this role has its share of routine paperwork, system updates and data management, you will concentrate on ensuring that revenues are accounted for, and revenue opportunities are maximized.
