Salary : $55,000-$65,000 DOE

Ampco Pumps is a fast-growing manufacturer of centrifugal pumps, positive displacement pumps and mixing & blending equipment used in the food and dairy industries, desalination, and various chemical and industrial applications.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Return and Compliance Coordinator to support and drive initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, sustainability and compliance. This role plays a key part in handling the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes, coordinating sustainability reporting and aligning our operational practices with ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities

• RMA Process Coordination

Track product returns and analyze root causes related to manufacturing or design issues.

Collect and compile sustainability data for reporting to corporate.

Maintain documentation and be the lead on audits related to ISO 9001 standards.

Identify inefficiencies or gaps in procedures and recommend actionable solutions.
