BJC Medical Group  Multispecialists is seeking a full time; board certified / board eligible Internal Medicine physician to join our large multi-specialty practice in Alton, Illinois . Join a lucrative and established practice in a healthcare system that is recognized both locally and nationally for providing quality healthcare.

Practice Overview :

• Specialties include IM, FM, Peds, OBGYN, and ID
• Monday through Friday schedule with 4-day work week option, 36 patient facing contact hours.
• No after hours call!
• Established practice of 10 Primary Care providers (6 Physicians & 4 APNs)
• New clinic is located on Alton Memorial Hospital campus
• EPIC EMR

Role Purpose

The physician will provide professional medical services within the practicing Specialty to the best of physician’s ability through direct patient care and spend additional time as necessary to perform other related duties such as completing medical records, providing MyChart consultations and inbasket management, conducting patient-specific education and collaborating with advanced practice providers and care team members.
