Location : Tyler, Texas

Hours : PRN (as needed) - Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities :

  • Travel to various worksites to deliver exceptional patient care and customer-focused services.
  • Perform venipuncture on patients of all ages with skill and compassion.
  • Collect and prepare non-blood specimens for testing.
  • Ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering.
  • Promote safety, compliance, and maintain quality control standards.

Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous phlebotomy training or experience is required.
  • A valid driver’s license and a strong driving record for the past three years.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of experience in laboratory training or specimen collection and processing.
  • Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians.
