Nurse Supervisor

36 hours - E / N shifts on Monday-Friday and D / N shifts on weekends and holidays. (Please be sure your candidate is acceptable to these shifts).

NSS is the Night Shift Supervisor position we have. It is a position that works off shift hours and helps manage the staffing flow for the hospital, as well as attends to patient and family concerns, they also respond to any employee issues that arise while they are here, they also respond to the code calls that are announced throughout the hospital. They assist units administer specific medications, if necessary, they also place IV’s if needed on a unit.

The role is in general a supervisor position that handles supervisor responsibilities when the leadership has left for the day

The facility does not accept local RN candidates within 75 miles.

Floating is expected.

Expected to work every other weekend.

Expected to work every other holiday.

Facility can call off up to 3 shifts for 13-week contract and 2 shifts less than 13-week contract.
