PS Companies is seeking a per diem / prn Physical Therapist for a per diem / prn job in Hays, Kansas. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Physical Therapist Discipline : Therapy Start Date : ASAP Duration : Ongoing Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Per Diem Location : Local Assignment (Hays, KS) Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist for a local temp-to-perm opportunity . This position offers the chance to work directly with patients to improve mobility, function, and quality of life within a supportive outpatient environment. The assignment will start on a contract basis with the intent to transition to a permanent hire once a strong mutual fit is established — this is not intended to remain a long-term contract role . Responsibilities : Evaluate, plan, and implement personalized therapy programs for patients. Collaborate with physicians, assistants, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes. Educate patients and families on continued care and exercise programs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient care activities. Qualifications : Active Physical Therapist License in the state of Kansas. Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Prior outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply.
