Position : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Facility : Beach Breeze Rehabilitation and Care

Location : West Palm Beach, FL

Shifts : All Shifts Available

Pay Rate : Up to $32 / hour

Responsibilities :

Administer medications and treatments in compliance with all applicable regulations.

Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to ensure exceptional care delivery.

Order and manage medications, medical supplies, and equipment.

Follow and implement individualized care plans based on residents’ specific health needs.

Provide wound care and related treatments as assigned.

Accurately document all observations, interventions, and resident evaluations.

Maintain resident confidentiality and uphold HIPAA standards.

Qualifications :

Active LPN license in the State of Florida.

Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
