Duties
- Litigate complex patent and trade secret cases in federal courts

- Participate in discovery, including depositions and working with experts
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop litigation strategies
- Prepare for and support trial, arbitration, or mediation proceedings
- Mentor junior associates and contribute to knowledge sharing
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in IP litigation, including significant patent or trade secret caseworkExperience working on litigation matters involving hardware, software, or similar technologiesAbility to manage assignments independently and work collaboratively in a teamAdmitted to the bar in the state corresponding to the office location or eligible for admissionEducation
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with strong academic performanceBachelor's degree in one of the following fields (required) :Computer ScienceElectrical EngineeringMathematicsPhysicsCertifications
