Pulmonary - General and Sleep Medicine Opening in Wisconsin -Located in La Crousse, WI-Full Time & PermanentHealth System in La Crosse, Wisconsin is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pulmonary Critical Care physician to join an established and collegial department. You may expect a busy practice in a physician-led organization, committed to both high quality patient care and patient satisfaction.Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine Responsibilities : Outpatient and inpatient Outpatient schedule includes Monday - Friday, day hours Inpatient coverage is minimal at this time but may expand The practice provides consults and management for a wide variety of pulmonary and sleep related disorders Pulmonary specific responsibilities include clinic-based visits, hospital consults and pulmonary procedures (diagnostic bronchoscopy and basic pleural procedures) Sleep specific responsibilities include management of sleep related breathing disorders and interpretation of overnight oximetry If candidate has additional sleep training, other opportunities include polysomnogram interpretation, management of sleep behavior disorders, parasomnias, insomnia and restless legs Critical Care Medicine Responsibilities : Include primary management of critically ill medical and surgical patients in a busy 12 bed ICU Education opportunities also available with rotating Family Medicine Residents License or Certification : Pulmonary and critical care credentials required Strong preference for Sleep Medicine training Flexibility in time allocation across patient care practices will be considered depending on interest and skill sets Highlights of opportunity include : Common EMR / PACS across all locations Pulmonary practice is poised for continued growth in a competitive landscape with plans to expand our reach Significant demand with plans to expand the procedural practice, subspecialty clinics & programs Opportunities to network internally and externally with both providers and community members to promote the practice Synergistic and collaborative environment to cure, connect, and transform care delivery Comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary guarantee Qualifications Board eligible or Board certified in Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine Benefits Highlights Medical : Multiple plan options.
