ReFocus Eye Health is seeking a dedicated Medical Optometrists to join our team in Connecticut. We currently have opportunities in Branford, Waterbury, and Stamford (Greenwich Ophthalmology Associates) As a leader in the optometry industry, we are committed to providing exceptional eye care services to our community. Daily Responsibilities : Conduct comprehensive eye exams and vision tests Diagnose and treat various eye conditions and diseases Prescribe and fit contact lenses Perform visual field testing and pre-testing procedures Provide postoperative care and patient recall services Required Skills : Doctor of Optometry degree Experience in eye care and ocular disease management Proficiency in contact lens fitting and visual testing Knowledge of optometry equipment such as autorefractors and OCT Ability to perform refractions and diagnose conditions like diabetic retinopathy Nice to Have Skills : Experience with vision therapy and low vision services Knowledge of ophthalmology procedures and cataract management Familiarity with LASIK and Optomap technology Company Information : ReFocus Eye is a company that operates in the Hospital & Health Care industry It employs 11-20 people and has $5M-$10M of revenue The company is headquartered in Bloomfield, Connecticut Salary and Benefits : Minimum Salary : $140,000.00 Maximum Salary : $200,000.00 Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance 401(k), Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Flexible Schedules, Paid Time Off DEI Statement : ReFocus Eye Health is committed to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued and respected.
