Key Responsibilities
Answer over 80 inbound calls daily from patients, doctor's offices, and insurance carriers
Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while maintaining performance goals
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 1+ year work experience required
Previous experience in medical billing, customer service, or a call center environment preferred
Experience managing high volume calls with multiple computer applications is highly desirable
Familiarity with patient interactions regarding medical information is strongly preferred
