Medical Biller (FP / OBGYN)

Title :

• Medical Biller Reports to : Medical Operations Direct Reports : None Weekly Hours : 15 - 25 hours per week.
• Position Profile Guiding Star Southwest, a division of Southwest Coalition, Inc., is searching for a Medical Biller to join its mission in expanding life-affirming medical services for women in El Paso, Texas and Las Cruces, New Mexico.

• The Opportunity As we expand our core services to include a birth center in alignment with Wholistic Feminism , we are looking for a Medical Biller to be responsible for working diligently with our patients and their insurance companies providing timely health care to women and infants post-pregnancy.
• To be a successful Medical Biller, you should be dedicated and focused on providing top-quality patient service which includes speaking to patients on a regularly basis and being an expert in communicating needs to the provider(s) and / or the insurance agencies.
• You should have a strong working knowledge of clinical process and OB / GYN and / or Family Practice billing experience, as well as have a patient, caring, and detail-oriented personality.
