Stan's Shoes in Brookfield, WI is looking for a full-time Fit Specialist to join our team! Whether you have a love for footwear, fashion, or simply enjoy making people feel their best, this role is for you.

What You'll Do :

  • Provide Expert Fittings : Work one-on-one with customers to assess foot size and fit, recommending shoes and insoles for comfort, support, and style.
  • Customer Service Excellence : Deliver an exceptional sit-and-fit experience, ensuring every customer leaves feeling confident and satisfied.
  • Product Knowledge : Keep up-to-date on the latest footwear trends and help customers find the best options for their needs.
  • Create Lasting Relationships : Build trust and rapport with customers, ensuring they return for all their future footwear needs.

What We Offer :

  • Competitive Pay : Base pay of $12 / hour OR commission (whichever is greater). Most Fit Specialists earn $20+ / hour, with top earners averaging $24+ / hour based on sales performance.
  • Full-Time Flexibility : 40 hours / week with a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts. No work on major holidays - we prioritize family time.
  • Benefits : Health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.

    • What You Bring :

  • Customer-Focused Attitude : Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
  • Sales Experience : Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Comfortable using point-of-sale systems.
  • Physical Requirements : Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods, assist customers with fittings, and climb ladders as needed.
