Key Responsibilities
Provide compassionate problem-solving and emotional support to clients and policy beneficiaries
Manage inbound client inquiries with professionalism, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions
Advocate for policyholders' needs and continuously seek improvements in customer experience
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
H.S. Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred
1-3 years of customer service experience in life insurance, annuities, or financial services required
Experience with life insurance / annuity products and contact center service required
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required
Industry certifications such as LOMA or Series 6 preferred
