Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

As an FP&A Analyst , you’ll play a key role in managing the flow of funding, expenditures, and financial reporting that powers cutting-edge research and innovation. Working closely with cross-functional leaders, you’ll support forecasting for new research projects and take ownership of financial analysis initiatives that drive accuracy, accountability, and strategic insight.

You’ll have the opportunity to refine financial models, optimize reporting processes, and act as a trusted advisor to leadership—helping shape the financial roadmap for future innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with cost center leads to track and manage OpEx and CapEx forecasting .
• Process, cleanse, and verify the integrity of financial data used in analysis.
• Analyze spending trends and provide insights to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Act as a trusted advisor to project managers with data-driven recommendations.
• Produce monthly financial management reports for budget owners.
• Support the month-end and quarter-end close process with accrual estimates.
• Collaborate with operations and legal teams to support contract reviews.
• Enforce budgetary controls to maintain fiscal discipline.
• (Plus) Contribute to midterm planning and scenario modeling initiatives.

Schedule : Onsite 2 days per week. Monday or Tuesday and Wednesday

Pay Rate : $50 - $75 per hour
