Research Analyst

A company is looking for a Research Analyst to support program development and policy decisions through data collection and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct literature reviews and gather data relevant to program goals

Design and implement research methodologies and analyze quantitative and qualitative data

Prepare detailed reports and presentations, providing actionable recommendations based on research findings

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma / GED with 8-10 years of related experience

Experience with data collection, management, and analysis methods

Proficiency in research and statistical tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS, R, or Python)

Familiarity with SSA, federal reporting, and privacy / confidentiality requirements preferred

Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently or collaboratively
