Field RN – Medicare Home Health Visits (Full-Time)$3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS\n\nLocation : Orange, Osceola & Seminole Counties, FL\n\nAccordCare Home Health, a licensed Medicare-certified home health agency, is seeking experienced Full-Time Field RNs to provide high-quality care to our patients. • Provide safe and effective nursing care based on individualized Plan of Care\n
• Administer medications, wound care, infusions, catheter care, and other nursing tasks as required\n
• Communicate promptly any changes in patient medical status or emergencies to the team for effective case management\n
• Assist with patient transfers, positioning, and mobility needs\n
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record\n
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members\n
• Demonstrate empathy, attention to detail, and prioritize tasks effectively\n\n? Required Experience & Education\n
• Current RN License – State of Florida\n
• Experience in Medicare Home Health\n
• Wound care and infusion skills\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\n
• Ability to work collaboratively and provide excellent customer service\n
• Proficiency with electronic health records for documentation and communication\n
• 1+ year of Home Health experience preferred\n
