We are Accenture, a global professional services company, seeking a Workday FINs QTC / PSA Architect to join our advisory team focused on cloud-based data-reporting operations that integrate and optimize finance, analytics, planning and HR. Responsibilities
- Manage teams in identifying business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design and flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures
- Formulate planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting strategies
- Develop statements of work and / or client proposals
- Develop and manage vendor relationships
- Lead workshops for client education
- Manage resources and budget on client projects
- Serve as the escalation point for critical functional issue resolution
- Provide subject matter expertise to aid in decision making related to the functional solution
- Lead, mentor, counsel and manage performance metrics of project staff
- Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements
- Architect Workday Financials QTC / PSA solution to ensure cross-functional cohesion and mitigation of impacts
- Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices
- Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies
- Provide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status
- Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives
- Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices
- Support innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets

Workday Financials Partner CertificationMinimum of 5 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Consultant or similar level roleMinimum of 5 years of hands-on Workday Financials QTC / CTC or PSA experienceMinimum of 5 years of US and / or Global Financials OperationsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years). If an Associate's degree, minimum 6 years of work experienceBonus points if : Proficiency in multiple business processes (PTP, OTC, GL, FA, Budgeting, Cash Management, etc.)Experience leading global and / or LE Workday engagementsThrives in a diverse, fast-paced environmentExperience with other cloud-based SaaS financial applications (e.g., Oracle E-Business Suite, NetSuite, Infor, Unit 4, PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP, Lawson)Advanced degree in the area of specialization (optional)Compensation and Benefits
Compensation at Accenture varies based on factors including location, role, skill set and experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable salary range for roles in certain U.S. states. The following salary ranges illustrate typical ranges and are not guaranteed for every location : California $94,400 to $266,300; Colorado $94,400 to $230,000; District of Columbia $100,500 to $245,000; Illinois $87,400 to $230,000; Minnesota $94,400 to $230,000; Maryland $87,400 to $213,000; New York / New Jersey $87,400 to $266,300; Washington $100,500 to $245,000.
