Role : Audit Manager

Location : Anywhere in Kansas

Salary : $110,000 - $140,000

As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing audit engagements and ensuring our clients receive the highest quality of service. You'll be responsible for guiding audit projects, providing strategic client consultations, and offering leadership to your team.

We're seeking a candidate with a strong background in audit and assurance, coupled with excellent leadership and communication abilities. You'll engage directly with clients across various industries, building lasting relationships and providing expert advice to help them achieve their financial goals.

Qualifications

We're looking for individuals who possess :

• CPA certification is required.
• 5+ years of experience in audit, including active participation in engagement planning, coordinating activities, and overseeing fieldwork.
• Proficiency in reviewing audit workpapers to ensure compliance with auditing standards and our internal methodology.
• The ability to identify, research, present, and effectively address complex accounting transactions and new presentation issues.
• Strong project management skills, including efficient scheduling, clear communication, and timely engagement wrap-up.
• Experience with employee benefits is preferred.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal and client relationship management abilities.
• A dedication to community involvement and a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and services for our clients.
