Our client, a leader in the construction and installation industry, is seeking a Crew Leader and Installer to join their team. As a Crew Leader and Installer, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting various installation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a self-motivated attitude, and a commitment to professionalism which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : College Station, TX

Pay Range : Based on experience and qualifications

What's the Job?

• Manage all aspects of installation and construction from scheduling to completion.
• Oversee documentation, planning, and scheduling for various projects.
• Travel to other markets as required based on business needs.
• Communicate with customers professionally and explain product warranties and features during installation.
• Ensure quality control to meet the standards of the organization and troubleshoot any unforeseen problems.
