MainSpring, Inc. is looking for an experienced a nd forwa rd-thinki n g Tier 2 Field Engineer - MS P tojoin our team. Thepositionrequires a well-rounded individual who can work independently, remotely and at client sites, consulting, implementing, and managing a wide variety of technical solutions. Excellent interpersonal communication and time / project management skills are required.This role is alsoresponsible forthe upkeep, configuration and reliable operation of individual and multi-user computer systems for both internal and external clients. Primary Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide proactive network and infrastructure administration analysis and support for a variety of clients (small businesses, non-profits, government agencies) on client sites in the DC-MD-VA metro area
• Troubleshoot and resolve varying IT related issues requiring an onsite presence to remediate. Issues may include, but are not limited to, VoIP support, firewall and network equipment, virus / malware cleanup, workstation boot issues, etc.
• Assist project engineers with new client onboardings
