Job Title : Traveling Superintendent

Job Description

We are seeking a Traveling Superintendent to plan and organize project work, ensuring all tasks are executed according to the contract. This role requires creating and updating monthly project schedules and performing detailed reviews of designs, drawings, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise contractor work to ensure timely and cost-effective project implementation.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, subcontractors, consultants, property inspectors, and regulatory authorities.
• Conduct safety inspections to ensure adherence to required standards on-site.
• Assist in preparing operations / maintenance manuals and project closeout documentation.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00 / hr.
