The Role
We’re seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Specialist to optimize our sales processes, enhance pipeline visibility, and enable smarter decision-making across our commercial team. This role is critical in ensuring our sales engine runs efficiently, accurately, and with strategic clarity. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Product to support revenue growth and planning through data, process, and tool optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Management : Maintain and optimize our CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy, user adoption, and reporting reliability.
- Sales Analytics : Track key performance metrics (pipeline velocity, conversion rates, forecast accuracy), and produce dashboards and reports for sales leadership.
- Process Optimization : Identify inefficiencies in lead routing, pipeline management, and quoting, and drive improvements through automation and best practices.
- Sales Enablement Support : Collaborate with marketing and product to equip the sales team with updated playbooks, collateral, and training resources.
- Forecasting & Planning : Assist in quarterly sales planning, operations planning, and goal setting based on historical trends and business priorities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Act as the bridge between Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to align processes and ensure smooth execution.
Requirements
Required Experience
3–5 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Support rolesProficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation platformsStrong analytical skills; comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets, dashboards, and basic data manipulation3-5 years’ experience with B2B sales cycles, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or eCommerce industriesExperience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environmentBonus Points
Logistics or last-mile delivery industry experienceSalesforce Admin or similar CRM certificationsBI tools experience (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Who You Are
