Customer Service Representative

Direct Hire

Our client, a leader in manufacturing services, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the production and quality teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : De Pere, WI

Pay Range : $19 - $21

Shift : 1st Shift

What's the Job?

  • Enter customer orders accurately into ERP software to ensure seamless processing.
  • Prepare shipping documents and billing paperwork upon order completion to facilitate timely delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact to resolve product or service issues by coordinating with production and quality departments.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing updates on scheduling and production.
  • Participate fully in the mission, vision, and values of the organization, promoting a positive work environment.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred, especially in manufacturing industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with at least 3 years of experience using Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM required.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills (verbal and written).
