Full‑time, on‑site role in Tukwila, Washington for a Social Media Coordinator. This entry‑level role is perfect for someone passionate about social media, content creation, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating and posting content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.

Capture photos and short‑form video onsite in the Tukwila office.

Edit content for reels, stories, and posts using mobile apps or editing tools.

Support the set‑up of the podcast room (cameras, lights, microphones) for podcast tapings with Dr. Matt Kaeberlein.

Monitor engagement on posts and share audience feedback with the marketing team.

Stay up to date on social media and short‑form video trends.

Organize and maintain Optispan’s content library (photos, videos, audio).

Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and events.

Creates and maintains content calendars across all platforms.

Additional Duties

Perform other duties and projects as assigned related to the position.

Basic Qualifications

0–2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or a related area (internships, class projects, or personal work count).

Comfortable using TikTok, Instagram, and other major social platforms.

Basic photography and video skills (smartphone experience is fine; camera)

Familiarity with editing apps / software (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, etc.).

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Organized and detail‑oriented.

Enthusiastic about learning and growing in media, social, and production.

Ability to work in‑office in Tukwila and assist during podcast recordings.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience helping with podcasts, livestreams, or video shoots.

Graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe tools).

Interest in healthcare, wellness, or longevity.

A portfolio, TikTok / Instagram account, or examples of past creative work.
