Fox TV StationsFOX Television Stations owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations in the U.S. These include stations located in 14 of the top 15 largest designated market areas, or DMAs, and duopolies in 11 DMAs, including the three largest DMAs (New York, Los Angeles and Chicago). Of these stations, 18 are affiliated with the FOX Network. In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week. JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE : Morning News Producer

FOX 6 News is searching for a Producer, but not just any Producer. We want a Producer who is passionate about crafting compelling newscasts that resonate with a diverse audience. We want a Producer who wants to continue to grow their talent and is willing to take feedback and implement it into their next newscast. You must harness every tool at your disposal to tell stories that matter and have a little fun with your audience. QUALIFICATIONS :

You must have a college degree (preferably in Journalism) with a minimum of two years producingexperience working at a commercial television station. Must be able to work under pressure, meetstrict deadlines and multitask. The ideal candidate has familiarity with newsroom computer systems,graphics programs and editing skills a plus. This is a morning news position, but other shifts may beassigned as needed including weekends and holidays.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate / range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $58,000.00-63,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical / dental / vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
