At our company, we dont believe in cookie-cutter sales reps. A Solutionist is someone who :

Youll be meeting with homeowners across the Tyler East Texas area, offering gutter solutions that actually make their lives better, and building real trust along the way. Youll have paid leads sent your way (no cold calling here), plus the chance to chase a few leads of your own and really stack your commissions.
