Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition
The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading recruiting efforts for Walmart Corporate Functions, including Corporate Affairs and Global Governance. Will have people leadership responsibility for a team of Talent Acquisition recruiters and will focus on candidate attraction strategies, building talent pools, and driving recruiting performance. Maintain high standards of candidate and hiring manager experience and consistently meet hiring goals and organizational objectives. This is an in-person role based in Bentonville, Arkansas

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
Minimum Qualifications :
Option 1 : Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related area and 3 years' experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related area. Option 2 : 5 years' experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related area. 1 year's supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional teams.
