The Role

As our Assistant Manager , you'll be the right hand to the Store Manager — supporting daily operations, guiding your team, and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional in-store experience. You'll bring energy, style, and teamwork to every shift, helping make each visit feel like game day.

You'll Make an Impact By :

  • Supporting the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team.
  • Driving sales and contributing to strategies that elevate performance.
  • Overseeing inventory accuracy and smooth store operations.
  • Inspiring a positive, team-oriented environment where everyone feels valued.
  • Ensuring every customer interaction reflects our brand and passion for the game.

What We're Looking For :

  • 2+ years of experience in a retail supervisory or leadership role.
  • A hands-on leader who supports, motivates, and leads by example.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Enthusiasm for developing talent and creating great customer experiences.
  • A genuine passion for soccer, style, and community connection.
