We’re looking for a strategic and tech-savvy HR Operations Manager to elevate and streamline our core people processes. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure the integrity of our HR systems, drive process automation, and keep us compliant while enabling the HR team to focus on talent and culture. You’ll be the engine behind efficient onboarding, accurate data, and seamless workflows—leveraging technology like ADP and SharePoint to create an exceptional employee experience. Salary : Starting at $100k +, with final compensation based on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities :
Manage HRIS, timekeeping, and personnel records, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.Administer onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle transactions.Partner with Payroll on accurate, compliant pay processing.Maintain and update the employee handbook and HR policies in alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.Manage HR SharePoint sites and other platforms to ensure effective employee communications and access to HR resources.Design and implement process improvements, including the use of AI tools and workflow automation.Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR process and policy questions.Partner with HR Analytics to ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.Maintain accurate documentation for audits and reporting requirements.Partner with Legal / Compliance on policy updates and risk mitigation.Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.Provide technical support for HR communications, dashboards, and document management.Stay current on HR technology trends and recommend tools that improve efficiency and employee experience.Collaborate with HR Business Partners to operationalize talent programs and ensure seamless execution of HR processes, without overlapping strategic responsibilities.Partner with HR Analytics to ensure data quality and system alignment, while Analytics leads reporting and insights.The ability to adhere to Clarest’s Code of Conduct, follow Clarest Compliance policies and procedures, and report any suspected violations of any federal or state laws to either their direct supervisor, Human Resources or the Compliance OfficerQualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (required).HR or HR tech certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, HRIP) preferred.5–7 years of progressive HR operations experience, with significant responsibility for HR systems and compliance.Demonstrated experience implementing an HR system or tool end-to-end (needs assessment, vendor selection / RFP, implementation, and ongoing support).Proven track record of leading handbook revisions and / or major HR policy changes from development through rollout.Experience in an acquisition-built or multi-entity organization, navigating varied policies, practices, and cultures.Hands-on experience with SharePoint management and HR communications.Track record of leveraging technology and automation to streamline processes.Skills + Abilities :
Strong knowledge of HR compliance and employment law.Proficiency with HRIS platforms (in particular ADP) and system integrations.Expertise with SharePoint (content management, permissions, site design).Familiarity with AI tools, HR chatbots, or process automation (Power Automate, Zapier, etc.).Ability to translate HR processes into digital workflows and employee-facing tools.Strong communication skills, including HR policy writing and digital content design.Exceptional attention to detail and process discipline.Continuous improvement mindset with a tech-first orientation.Clarest is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
