PMA is hiring a Project Manager for our Orlando office who will work with one of our healthcare clients.

Your Role

As a Project Manager, you will interface with PMA clients and project teams through a process of strategic real estate planning, design, and construction of new buildings, tenant improvements, and facilities assignments. Responsibilities include :

• Demonstrate skills in managing successful projects and consistently meeting / exceeding client expectations and deadlines
• Manage the procurement of design, construction, and consultant services
• Understand contractual documents for design, construction, and consultant professionals
• Understand and monitor project budget and schedule, including updating and maintaining web-based project controls
• Oversee and review the development of construction drawings and bid documents
• Establish, direct, and document project meetings
• Engage with stakeholders to present project status and anticipate issues
• Anticipate and document potential changes to the budget or schedule
• Review and approve monthly invoices for contractors and consultants
• Observe and report on construction and safety-related issues
• Manage the project close-out process to ensure successful completion
• Represent PMA in networking and business development opportunities
