Behavior Technician

Join Alight Behavioral, where we provide exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are currently expanding our team of Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in children's lives. This role involves delivering individualized one-on-one therapy sessions that employ positive reinforcement and behavior modification techniques to foster skill development and reduce challenging behaviors.

Whether you are new to the field or an experienced professional, we have both full-time and part-time positions available, along with high-level training to help you advance your career in this fulfilling profession.

Job Duties :

Conduct 1 : 1 therapy sessions

Implement discrete trial and natural environment programs

Facilitate play and social skills development

Teach self-help skills

Document therapy outcomes

Provide behavior support in group settings

Collaborate with Speech Therapists, OTs, PTs, and other professionals

Registered Behavior Technicians Requirements :

Completed a 40-hour training course

Previous ABA experience preferred

Strong references

Ideal candidates will be RBT certified, but we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status if necessary

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time

Pay : $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
