What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor
  • Proven track record on $100MM+ projects
  • Strong knowledge of the construction processes, codes & safety standards
  • Exceptional leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
  • OSHA certification preferred

    • What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Lead on-site construction activities from ground-breaking to project completion
  • Manage subcontractors, trades & field staff to ensure quality, safety & timelines
  • Oversee daily site operations, scheduling & inspections
  • Collaborate with Project Managers & Owners for seamless communication
  • Maintain rigorous safety standards and regulatory compliance
  • Track project milestones, budgets & change orders
