Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Relationship Management
- Provide exceptional service to clients by assisting with policy changes, claims, certificates of liability, and general inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through responsiveness and professionalism.
- Attend client meetings with Client Manager and / or Producers as needed.
Policy & Coverage Management
Review contracts and analyze coverage to ensure clients are adequately protected.Recommend additional coverages and coordinate with other departments to offer solutions not currently provided by the agency.Verify accuracy and compliance of policies received from carriers and deliver them per Client Manager instructions.Renewal & Marketing
Participate in monthly marketing meetings 90–120 days prior to policy expiration.Review renewal exposures, identify changes, and collaborate with the Client Manager.Prepare and submit applications to carriers, compare quotes, and create marketing spreadsheets for review.Administrative & System Management
Manage and file customer documents in the agency management system.Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of all tasks in accordance with the Commercial timeline.Work independently to manage workload and meet deadlines.Team Collaboration & Development
Share knowledge and best practices with other team members.Attend insurance carrier meetings and stay informed about market trends, underwriting requirements, and compliance updates.Perform additional duties as assigned by the Management Team.Qualifications
Prior experience in commercial insurance or a related field preferredStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
