What you’ll do

As the Senior Product Manager - CLM Document Experiences, you will develop the vision and roadmap to unify preview experiences across the platform, focusing on seamless data manipulation and synchronization between CLM and IAM components. You will collaborate with the Director of Product Management and other team members to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure experiences through all phases from concept to launch and adoption. You will drive adoption of new workflow and platform services related to unifying previews, managing folder permissions, and enhancing data flow and interoperability between CLM and IAM components to ensure data integrity and user efficiency. Your objectives will be aligned with business metrics such as revenue, adoption, customer and partner satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You will also improve core CLM services such as document generation and attributes. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Product Management, Docusign CLM & IAM B2B Pre-execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strategic vision and roadmap for unifying and replacing preview experiences across internal applications, focusing on seamless integration and user experience
  • Secure buy-in for a product strategy that supports objectives and delivers superior customer outcomes
  • Own PRDs by coordinating with partner teams to define use cases and requirements
  • Lead the collection and tracking of product and business metrics for new and existing products
  • Lead research to understand customer and partner challenges related to workflow, performance, scalability, reliability, and security
  • Evaluate, prioritize, and develop major B2B functionality with cross-functional partners
  • Prioritize and manage product backlog for releases and sprint planning
  • Facilitate requirements definition with design and engineering, identifying dependencies and priority
  • Represent the product team with Program Management, Design and Engineering to ensure timely, quality releases
  • Partner with Professional Services and Customer Success to transition customers to the next-generation IAM platform
  • Present product strategy, roadmap, and release plans to internal and external stakeholders and tailor communications to audiences
  • Influence without authority across the product team and beyond

Job Designation

Hybrid : The role requires a mix of in-office and remote work (minimum 2 days per week in-office; may vary by team).

Job designations are assigned to roles and can change based on business needs and local law.

What you bringBasic

  • 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6+ years with a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience in product management for enterprise cloud / SaaS
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Design, Engineering, IT, Operations, Program Management, Marketing, Sales and Customer Support
  • Preferred

  • Direct experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM)
  • Success building / managing large-scale technology products
  • Client / customer-facing experience
  • Comfortable with a range of technical subjects
  • Background in sales or procurement contracting is a plus
  • Familiarity with CLM is a strong plus
  • Experience delivering cloud-native solutions at scale
  • Ability to influence and collaborate in a matrixed environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong strategy and execution
  • Excellent presentation, communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and with a dispersed team

    Pay is based on geographic location and may vary with knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges are provided for certain locations where applicable.

    California : $140,000.00 - $225,075.00 base

    Washington : $133,800.00 - $197,750.00 base

    Illinois : $133,800.00 - $189,000.00 base

    This Role Is Also Eligible For The Following

  • Bonus : Variable incentive pay for sales staff; company bonus plan for non-sales roles
