Position Summary
This is a key full-time position with Partners for Rural Impact and the Full-Service Community Schools (FSCS) Initiative. Reporting to the Associate Director of Programs, the Project Director has responsibility for the management of the project; program development and refinement of program operations to ensure that objectives are met and ensuring the program is following the four FSCS pillars : 1) holistic integrated student supports; 2) expanded, enriched learning time and opportunities from cradle to career; 3) family and community engagement; 4) collaborative leadership and practices.The position leads and operates with the goal that All Rural Students Succeed.

Position Location & Schedule
This is a hybrid role, working from our East Texas office in Lufkin, TX and working remotely from home. The selected candidate needs to be based in East Texas within commutable distance from Lufkin, TX.Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. with in-office, hybrid and / or remoteworka possibility. Because of the nature of the responsibility to schools, partners, funders, and to the service region, individual offices or departments may have operating hours that extend beyond this period and may include evening and / or weekend hours.
